English -First Aid practical advice


After discussing First Aid practical advice, students of ΣΤ2 prepared short dialogues and acted them out , taking the roles of patients and doctors!
Students of ΣΤ1 prepared posters giving us information about First Aid in case of head injuries, burns, bleeding noses, dehydration, etc.

Students of B2 performing English songs


Songs are considered a valuable pedagogical tool since they increase students’ enjoyment of learning a second language.


Through english songs, students improve their listening skills and pronunciation, they learn vocabulary and sentence structure while at the same time they enjoy themselves!

English, project– 4th grade


Aim :
To involve students to speak and then write about themselves, using language about likes and dislikes as well as familiar vocabulary to express their opinion.

Description:

After having extensively talked about favourite sports and hobbies, students produced a piece of writing which was followed by a drawing. The students enjoyed sharing their pieces of writing with their classmates and putting them up on the classroom board.

English, project– 6th grade


Imaginary Creatures : Wanted Dead or Alive!

Aim :
To motivate students to think creatively and produce a piece of writing using vocabulary related to fictional monsters and creatures.





Description :

All 6th graders were divided in groups of two or three. First, they discussed the appearance of their imaginary creatures and produced a painting full of imagination ! Then, they co-operated and discussed the characteristics of their monsters’ personality. Finally, they produced a monster’s I.D. and a piece of writing using familiar vocabulary related to the topic.
